The Project

This project facilitates the expansion of rail, and the improvement of Port operations on the North Shore, that are required to meet growing international trade, by relocating and elevating 2.6km of the Low Level Road in order to provide space for two new rail tracks in an urban environment.

Responsible for the successful delivery of the construction phase through management of the contractors, Utilities, design, procurement processes, construction safety, budget, schedule, scope, quality management, and stakeholder and municipal management.
